“Entertainment One has picked up US and Canadian rights to New Zealand WWII horror film The Devil’s Rock, directed and co-written by Paul Campion.
The deal was negotiated by James Thompson for NZ Film and Jo Sweby for Entertainment One. The Devil’s Rock has also sold to Metrodome (UK), Phars Film (Middle East) and Vendetta (New Zealand) with offers being received at Cannes for other key territories.”
A great reception for the film at Cannes. The first market screening on Friday the 13th was full, with potential buyers turned away at the door and the overall feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
